RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax applicable in Australia.
We require a deposit of 10% of trip price per person in order to hold space on any trip and space is generally sold on a first come basis. Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure. If full payment is not received by this date barrabase.com reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled. Payment is by cheque, money order or bank transfer only.

PRICE OF TRIP
Until full payment is received from purchaser, prices are subject to change without notice.
If the group falls below the minimum passenger requirement, the trip is subject to cancellation or re-pricing.
Price does not include charges for laundry, liquor and beverages, accident and baggage insurance, optional tours, items of a personal nature and items not specifically listed as included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time we receive written notice that you must cancel your trip, the following fees will be charged:
60 days or more before trip departure, loss of deposit.
30 to 59 days before departure 25% of trip cost .
7 to 29 days before departure date or no show 100% of trip cost.
We strongly advise you to purchase trip insurance soon after booking for a trip. In the event that you must cancel your trip due to illness, family crisis or other emergency, this insurance reimburses you for non-refundable trip costs. This insurance also provides for limited accident and baggage coverage. You may purchase trip insurance through your travel agent.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
No guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made that the tour will meet all of the traveller's expectations, specifically regarding weather or fishing conditions or productiveness.

PARTICIPATION
Purchaser is responsible for selecting a trip appropriate to his or her health, physical abilities and interests. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain a person as a tour member for any reason which affects the operation of the tour or the rights and welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.

GENERAL
Transfers refers to transportation from one location to another, generally between hotel and refers to a seat in a bus, van, car or other vehicle. barrabase.com generally uses air-conditioned 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Suggested items for making your trip more comfortable include a wide brimmed hat, a light long sleeved shirt and pants, sunscreen, insect repellent and polarized glasses.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions occurs when barrabase.com receives the deposit at its office. Purchaser represents by tender of payment that these terms and conditions have been reviewed and accepted by the purchaser.
